Nepal Eye Program (NEP), Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), invites applications from qualified Nepali candidates for The Fred Hollows Intraocular Lens (IOL) Laboratory, which manufactures intraocular lenses (IOLs) and allied ophthalmic products with a strong commitment to global quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify and expand market opportunities across Nepal and globally along with assisting in recruitment of distributor and business promotion representatives.
• Supervise/lead sales force, execute promotional campaigns, prepare detailed market analysis and progress reports and report to the management.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to develop IOL products based on market demand.
