Key Qualifications & Criteria

• Academic Qualification: Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching management and leadership.
• Age Limit: Completed 25 years and not exceeding 40 years.
• Desirable Skills & Competencies
  • Strong expertise in teaching methodologies, evaluation processes and educational/administrative management.
  • Proficiency in computer operation.
  • Knowledge of School Act/Regulations and fundamental institutional governance.
  • Sound report writing skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali.

• Probationary Period: 1-year provisional/probationary period.
