As per the notice regarding the invitation to bid published for the first time by this office on 2081/12/03, the bids of the bidders mentioned in the details who have been involved in the following work have been evaluated and recommended by the Bid Evaluation Committee of this Municipality in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063, Regulations 2064. Since the bids submitted by the bidders mentioned in the details as the minimum bid are substantially effective, a notice of intention to accept this bid has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with Sub-sections 2 and 3 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and for the purposes of Section 47 of the same Act.
