The bid as per the schedule, which has the highest bid score and appears to be substantially effective, has been selected for acceptance. Therefore, for the purposes of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Section 47 of the same Act, a notice of acceptance has been published for the information of all the bidders participating in the bid.
