Since the bid that has the highest bid and appears to be substantially effective among the bids submitted for the contract as per the schedule has been selected for acceptance, a notice of acceptance has been published for the information of all the bidders participating in the bid for the purposes of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Section 47 of the same Act.
