According to the tender notice published on 2081/10/13 of this office in relation to the presented matter, since the bid of Tapasil Bamoji has been evaluated as the minimum and is essentially effective and has been selected for acceptance by the decision of the meeting of the bid evaluation committee of the municipality, a 7-day notice has been published for the purpose of sub-section 2 (1) of section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 for the information of all concerned. For the purpose of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, all bidders including Redeli are informed of this notice.
