This Metropolitan City was invited to tender on 2082.01.09 for the purchase of Janaki Sewa Sadan located at Biratmagar 9 in the year 2081.082 through e-bidding. Out of the 4 (four) tenders submitted for registration, the license and tax payment certificate of the year 2080/081 were not submitted in the documents submitted by Shri RMS International. Therefore, the tender could not be made publically effective but was substantially effective. For the information of the stakeholders, a 7-day notice has been published in accordance with the rules of Section 27 (2) of Chapter 3 of the Public Procurement Act 2063.
