In the present matter, while evaluating the technical and financial proposals of the bids received in accordance with the NCB Bid Invitation Notice published by this office in the Nagarik Daily dated 2082.02.31 regarding the procurement of medicines, surgical supplies and reagents for Bhagiratha Neupane Buddhashanti Hospital through the unit rate method, it is requested that this notice be published for the purposes of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, as the bidder as per the details has been selected as the lowest evaluated and substantially effective for the relevant procurement work in accordance with Sub-rule 7 of Rule 31 (h) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.
