When opening the bids of registered sealed bidders within the specified time period, the bidders of detailed land parcels submitted documents as evidence. This 7-day notice has been prepared for the information of all concerned bidders for the purpose of sub-section 2 of section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and rule 94 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (9A) as the evaluation has been substantially effective.
