This office has published a notice of intent dated 2082/02/23 stating that a project can be carried out through negotiation for the construction, operation and management of a commercial building on the land located at J.B. (0-8-15) of K.N. 433, Ward No. 5, Duhabi Municipality. It has been decided to complete the necessary procedures in accordance with Section 22 of the Public Private Partnership Act No. 2080 and Section 10 of the Public Private Partnership Act No. 2081 and to approve it within 15 days subject to the municipality and prevailing laws. If there is any claim or objection during that time, this letter of intent can be submitted on time, otherwise the agreement process will proceed as per Section 23 of the Public Private Partnership Act No. 2080.

1. Monthly rental rate of Rs. 2,65,500.00.

2. The building construction period is 2 years and the pre-operation preparation period is 6 months, for a total grade period of 30 months.

3. Contract period is a total of 27 years and 6 months.

4. The agreement will be made such that the upper floor of Block (A) of the eastern side of Dharamshala located on plot no. 433 will be increased by 25% of the contract amount and if the floor above that is added, the contract amount will be increased by 15%.
