According to the notice published in the Mission Today national daily newspaper on 16/01/2082 of Khajura Rural Municipality, sealed bids were invited for the construction work required for Khajura Rural Municipality and after reviewing the proposals from the construction companies that registered sealed bids within the specified deadline on 1/02/2082, after technical and financial evaluation, it was found that the sealed bid as per the details was substantially effective in meeting the minimum evaluation of the bidder, and therefore, pursuant to Section 27, Sub-sections 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, a 7-day notice is published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Section 47 of the same Act.
