According to the notice published for the second time by this Ministry in the Gorkhapatra National Daily on 2081/11/07, out of the bids duly registered through Electronic Bidding, the bid mentioned in the details has passed the evaluation of the Technical Bid and Financial Bid in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments) and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (with amendments) and has been selected for acceptance as it has been found to be the Lowest Evaluated Substantially Responsive Bidder in accordance with the Act and Rules. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the purposes of Sub-sections (2), (3) and Section 47 of Section 27 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
