In the above matter, stationery and stationery materials and printing related documents for office purposes have to be purchased through sealed bids from the amount allocated in the fiscal year 081/082 for the purpose of Michaiya Municipality and its subordinate offices. Accordingly, the bids that were duly registered as per the public notice regarding the bid published in the national daily newspaper Marganugami dated 07/02/2082 have been submitted for approval by the Evaluation Committee as the lowest evaluated and substantially effective bids. Accordingly, for the purpose of Section 27 Sub-section 2 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (First Amendment 2073), this 7 (seven) day notice of intent to accept the bid has been published.
