Invitation for Sealed Tender Bids

Description of works: NMB Bank Limited solicits sealed tender bids from interested and eligible bidders for Recertification of ISO 27001:2022 & PCI DSS.

The bidders can obtain the RFP document on submission of written application and upon payment of Non-Refundable deposit fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand only) in the account number 00901371300114 (Account Name: Bid Document Purchase Parking Account).

A. Sealed Tender Bids consist of Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals as described in the "RFP Document" as per the schedule given below:

Submission of Sealed Tender Bids

The duly completed Bid/RFP Documents must be submitted to address below with Technical and Financial Proposals separately sealed and stamped properly on or before 5:00 PM on 7th Days (i.e. 11th May 2025) from the date of publication of this notice. In case of public holiday, Bids can be submitted in next working day.

The Bidder should be a company registered under their respective legislatures.

The Bidder should have at least 15 years of experience in offering Information Security Services.

The Bidder should not be currently blacklisted and comply with the prevailing AML laws of Nepal.

B. The Bidders who have already submitted sealed tender bids in response to the first-time notice can either revoke it or continue by serving a letter in company's letter head.

C. Eligible Bidders should submit all the documents outlined in the RFP document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the bid submitted by the bidder.

D. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications/bids wholly or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever.
