This office has published a notice inviting tenders for collection of herbal, junk and animal tax from among the bids registered within the prescribed time limit as per the decision of the Evaluation Committee as per the notice published in the national daily newspaper Shri Gorkhapatra on 27/02/2082. Accordingly, for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 84 (10) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. In case of any objection, it is also informed through this notice that an application should be submitted within 7 days of the publication of the notice.
