Although there is a purchase agreement with this office for the work according to the specifications and there are no obstacles, obstructions and problems at the construction site, it seems that the construction work has been left at a standstill without taking any initiative to complete the construction work, ignoring repeated verbal and written requests. As per the verbal and written commitment with this office for the work according to the schedule, although they have been mobilized for some time in the construction work, it seems that they have been left behind in the event of an accident. In the above situation, why not move forward with the process of breaking the contract, confiscating the performance bond, recommending blacklisting, assessing the remaining construction work, and charging the government dues if it is not completed in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and the contract agreement? If there is any reasonable reason not to proceed with the action, the official proprietor of the company should present himself at this office within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. In case of non-attendance with proper reason during that period, the contract will be terminated and action will be taken.
