As per the notice first published on 16/01/2082 for submitting electronic bids for the construction work to be constructed at the following location under Sandakpur Rural Municipality, on the basis of the evaluation conducted by the Evaluation Committee as per Rule 147 (1) of the Bidding Invitation Document, Public Procurement Regulations, (as amended) 2064 and its report, the bid of the following bidder has been found to be substantially effective in terms of low evaluation and therefore, for the information of the bidders who have submitted their bids with the following bid marks and other stakeholders, it is hereby notified that the bid of the bidder with the substantially effective schedule of low evaluation has been accepted for the purpose of Section 27 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
