In the present matter, this office has published a notice for the first time in the Himalaya Times newspaper on 2082/02/11 for the work as per the schedule and accordingly, the bid as per the schedule, which has been duly registered in this office through E-bid till 12:00 on 2082/3/10, is substantially effective as per the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee, and therefore, this is hereby informed for the purpose of Sub-rule 5 of Rule 40 of the Public Procurement Act 2063.
