Despite repeated verbal and written requests, you, "Rashtra Nirman Company, Budhanilkantha - 10, Kathmandu", have not been in contact with this office, so why not terminate the contract as provided in Section 59 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 128 of the Public Procurement Rules 2064 and the GCC Clause of the contract agreement? If there is any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract, you are requested to appear in person or an authorized representative at this office within 15 (fifteen) days with a credible explanation. Otherwise, action will be taken to terminate the contract and blacklist it in accordance with the terms of the contract agreement, prevailing laws and regulations, and to recover the amount due as per the rules.
