15-day notice of reason for terminating the contract

In the context of the construction work of the contracts related to the projects mentioned below under the contracts as per the details of this office being unsatisfactory and despite the lapse of a long time, there has been no improvement in the progress of the work despite repeated verbal and written instructions, but the progress of the work has not improved, the work has not been done as per the revised work schedule submitted, there has been no readiness to complete the work, the contract has not expired, there is no contract resolution and the contract has been pending for a long time, why not terminate the contract as per the provisions of the contract agreement? If there is any reasonable reason not to terminate the contract, the authorized representative is informed to appear in person at this office within 15 (fifteen) days with an explanation. Otherwise, the terms of the contract agreement and the action to terminate the contract as per the Public Procurement Act 2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064 and prevailing laws are also informed through this notice.
