In the above regard, for the purchase of one (1) Backhoe Loader, the Jorayal Rural Municipality Village Executive Office, Rawatkatte Doti, as per the notice published on 2082/04/25, the firms and other firms that have registered to submit technical and financial proposals are requested to submit proposals along with the purchase at the prescribed rate (catalog shopping) by the manufacturer or authorized seller as per the provisions of Sub-section (1) Clause (a) of Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 31 (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, as per the decision of Jorayal Rural Municipality. As per Rule 9(b) of the Procurement Procedure, 2074, sealed in the office within 10 days.
