As per the provisions of Sub-section 1 (e) of Section 64 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS, and the provisions of the Amargadhi Municipality Finance and Appropriation Act, 2081 BS, Amargadhi Municipality has to collect internal revenue (contract settlement) for one year from the date of contract settlement for FY 082/083. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all those interested in taking the contract to operate Amargadhi Park at the rate specified by the Municipal Executive. The notice can also be viewed on the website of this office www.amargadhimun.gov.np.

Contract terms and conditions:

1. Nepali firms or companies wishing to participate in the contract, not less than the minimum number mentioned above, shall submit a copy of the firm/company's renewed license for the relevant work for the year 081/82, a copy of the M.A. Tax Registration Certificate and Taxpayer Certificate for the year 080/81 (for firms or organizations) or a copy of the PAN registration and citizenship for individuals, along with the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, and the bidders participating in the bidding through E-Bidding shall deposit the amount of Rs. 1,000.- (One thousand in words) as the bid form fee in the internal income account No. 40201003010002 of this office at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., Dadeldhura and shall also scan and upload the bank voucher.

2. The purchased bid forms shall be clearly printed on each page with numbers and letters, and the process shall be completed and uploaded from the Procurement Monitoring Office's website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on the 16th day from the date of first publication of the notice. The registered bids shall be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives and the representatives of the office. Even if the bidders or their representatives are not present, there shall be no impediment to the opening of the bids.
