This notice is published to invite licensed firms and companies interested in collecting income from fees for stones, gravel, sand and gravel for the fiscal year 2082/083 in the area specified in this office as per the Provincial Finance Act 2082 of Bagmati Province, to submit bids in a proper manner through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, subject to the following conditions.

1) Other conditions and detailed information regarding the bid can be viewed in the Bid Document at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and at www.baiteshwormun.gov.np.

2) The bid with the highest bid amount will be selected from among the duly submitted bids.

3) Bid submission period will be on the 31st day (2082 Asoj 02) from the date of publication of the notice by 12 noon and the bid will be opened on the same day (2082 Asoj 02). Also, a pre-bid meeting will be held on 22 Bhadra 2082 at 11:00 AM.

4) Other procedures will be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 BS and other prevailing laws.
