As per the provisions of Sub-clause (6) of Section (d) of Section (11) of the Local Government Operation Act 2074, the contract for the excavation, sale and collection of export fees (excluding mining areas) of stones, sand, gravel and riverine materials falling within the area of ​​this municipality according to the preliminary environmental test report is to be made through the contract arrangement. Therefore, the riverine materials are to be excavated and sold at the per unit rate mentioned in the Financial Act of Bangad Kupinde Municipality. Therefore, interested individuals/firms or companies should purchase the bid by paying the prescribed bid form fee along with the certificate of renewal of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of A.Y. 2080/081 and a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate and a self-declaration letter that they are eligible to perform the said work. In addition, the bid should be submitted subject to the conditions of the detailed tender.

2) Date and place of registration of sealed tender letter: 2082/06/23 at 12:00 PM at the office of Bangad Kupinde Municipality through the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3) Date of opening of sealed bids: 2082/06/23 at 13:00 in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. However, the absence of the bidders or their authorized representatives will not prevent the opening of sealed bids.

4) If the date of submission and opening of sealed bids falls on a public holiday, the closing date will be the next day. In such a situation, the validity period of the bid and bid security will be calculated from the previous date.
