As per the provisions of Sub-clause (6) of Section (d) of Section 11 of the Local Government Operation Act 2074, the work of excavation, sale and collection of export fees (excluding mining areas) of stones, sand, gravel and riverine materials falling within the area of ​​this municipality according to the preliminary environmental test report shall be done through contract arrangement. Therefore, the riverine materials shall be excavated and sold at the per unit rate mentioned in the Financial Act of Bangad Kupinde Municipality through a price bid process. Interested individuals/firms or companies shall purchase the bid along with the certificate of renewal of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of A.Y. 2080/081 and a copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship and a self-declaration letter stating that they are eligible to perform the said work, and shall submit the bid subject to the conditions of the detailed tender.

Bid registration date and place: 2082/06/08 at 12:00 PM at the office of Bangad Kupinde Municipality through the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bid opening date: 2082/06/08 at 13:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. However, the absence of the bidders or their representatives will not prevent the opening of sealed bids.

If the date of submission and opening of sealed bids falls on a public holiday, the closing date will be the next day. In such a situation, the validity period of the bid and bid security will be calculated from the previous date.
