1. While supplying the quantity of medicines published in this notice, the supplier shall initially supply 50% of the total quantity of medicines at the time of the agreement and 25% of the medicines shall be supplied as and when required by this office or within 3 months and the remaining 25% of the medicines shall be supplied in the next 3 months. This office shall pay the amount based on the quantity of medicines supplied.

2. Bid form can be purchased by depositing Rs. 3000 (non-refundable) to Nepal Investment Mega Bank, Chakraghatti, Internal Revenue Account No. 28901400000017 or IPS:-BARAHAKSHETRA NA.PA. AANTARIK RAJASHO GA 1.1 28901400000017 within 12:00 on the 31st day of the first publication of the notice.

3. While submitting the bid form, the firm or company should attach a copy of the renewed license certificate obtained from the Department of Pharmaceutical Affairs for the year 2081/82, permanent account number, VAT registration certificate and tax payment certificate for the year 2080.81.

4. The duly filled bid form purchased should be submitted through PPMO's website bolpatra.gov.np by 12:00 PM on the 31st day of the first publication of the notice. The submitted bids will be opened at this office at 13:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidder or his representative. Even if the bidder or his representative is absent on the day of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the opening of the bids.
