5. Pre bid meeting shall be held at Barahapokhari Rural Municipality Office, Khotang at 13:00 Hrs Noon on 23rd September, 2025 (2082-06-07)

6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 12:00PM on 2082/06/22. The bids will be open in the presence of Bidders'representative (if attened) who choose to attened at 2082/06/22 at 2:00pm.

7. If the last Date of purching/or submision fall on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remains the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

8. The Employer reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assiging any reason, whatsoever.

9. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulation, 2064 and other prevailing rule and regulations of Nepal.
