As per Chapter 9 of the Local Government Operation Act 2074, for the collection of various taxes, fees and charges falling within the jurisdiction of the Bedkot Municipality, Municipal Executive Office, this notice has been issued for the second time through the electronic portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np to the firms registered as per the rules to bid for the contract for internal revenue collection under the following headings, subject to the prescribed conditions.

1. Bidding documents Rs. 3,000.- (Non-refundable) Bidding fee NIC Asia Bank, Bedkot Branch, Revenue Account No. 1852050028240002, with original bank voucher showing the amount deposited, can be applied through the electronic portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra..gov.np/egp.

2. The purchased bids must be registered through the electronic portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on 13/05/2082. The registered bids will be opened in the presence of the office representative and the bidders or their representatives at 2:00 PM on the same day. Even if the bidders or their representatives are not present, there will be no hindrance in the bid opening process.

3. The amount of 5 percent of the bid amount as security (bail) shall be deposited in cash in the deposit account No. I5CA052423252403 of the Bedkot Municipality, Municipal Executive, NIC Asia Bank, Bedkot Branch, along with a bid bond issued in the name of this office from a recognized commercial bank or financial institution with a validity of at least 120 days from the last date of submission of bids.

4. If the last day for submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the said works will be carried out on the next working day.

5. All taxes payable to the Government of Nepal, including income tax, local taxes, and taxes payable to the Government of Nepal, shall be borne by the respective bidders themselves.

6. The office reserves the right to accept or reject the bid with or without giving any reason.

8. In accordance with Sub-rule 4.2 of Rule 4 of the Internal Revenue Service Contract Settlement Regulations 2076, if the contract amount is paid in a lump sum, a discount of up to 10 percent of the contract amount may be granted, based on reasonableness.
