As per the provisions of Sub-section (2) of Section 11 of the Local Government Operation Act 2074, Sub-section (2) (g), Sub-section 4 (j) and Sub-section 1 (f) of Section 64 of the same Act, the contract for the internal revenue related to stone, ballast, sand, gravel and soil collected from this local government area for internal consumption or other local governments/local governments for export and import for the fiscal year 2082/083 has to be done through bidding, and therefore, a notice of invitation to bid has been issued through the electronic portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office for all eligible bidders for the following contracts through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The last date for submission of bids is 12:00 PM on 2082/05/29 and the bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day. The bids must be submitted electronically only. Firms or companies interested in taking up the contract should submit the renewal certificate of the firm, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, Fiscal Year 2082/083. This notice is published for the information of all concerned to participate in the bidding process by attaching certified copies of the tax payment certificate of 2081/082 and Nepali citizenship certificate, without falling below the prescribed minimum score.
