3. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Beldandi Rural municipality, Office of Rural Municipal executive, Kanchanpurthrough PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np. on before 12 pm on 2082/05/29.. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 2082/05/29 at the office of Beldandi Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Kanchanpur. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security for scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid amounting to a minimum of above mentioned bid security amount which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If bidder wish to submit bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Name of Bank: NMB Bank, Beldandi, Kanchanpur
