Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine products

As per the provisions of Sub-section 6 of Section 11 (d) of Chapter 3 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Sub-section 1 (f) of Section 64 of Chapter 3 of the same Act and Section 11 of the Bhageshwor Rural Municipality Finance Act, 2082, a contract has to be made for the extraction and sale of riverine products from the rivers and streams flowing within the area of this rural municipality for which an IEE has been conducted and the ghats have been designated, interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to submit their sealed bids subject to the conditions mentioned by submitting an application along with the certificate of renewal of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate and bank voucher for the bid form fee. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
