As per the provisions of Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and Section 13 (1) of the Finance Act of this Bhimdatta Municipality, 2082, for the specified period of the fiscal year 2082/083, a contract for the sale of riverine products in accordance with the prescribed criteria of the following rivers in this municipality area and their internal revenue should be arranged. Therefore, interested firms or companies are requested to participate in the electronic bidding process by attaching the renewal certificate of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 2081182 or proof of submitting tax details to the concerned RTA, legally qualified declaration, power of attorney and certified copies of Nepali citizenship, subject to the conditions as specified. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

A notice inviting bids has been published on 2082.04.15 for all eligible bidders through the electronic portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.com/eGP-II in accordance with sub-rule (2) of Public Procurement Rules (40) for the following contract of Bhimdatta Municipality. The last date for submission of bids is 12 noon on 2082.05.16 and the bid opening date is 1 pm on 2082/05/16. Bids must be submitted electronically only.
