2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelopes per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office Binayi Tribeni Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi (East of bardghat-susta), Dumkibas. Phone no.078-416185, 078-416182, website: www.binayitribenimun.gov.npor may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp.. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document as specified above.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Binayi Tribeni Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi (East of bardghat-susta), Dumkibas at above mention date and time.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before above date. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on specific time above at the office of Binayi Tribeni Rural Municipality. Bids must be valid for a period of above mention days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum specific as above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If bidders wish to submit bid security in the form of the cash, the cash should be deposited in above dharautikhata no.

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. In the case of discrepancies or error in the bid, bid document, bid notice or any other documents, Binayi Tribeni Rural Municipality reserves the right to amend and correct at any time

10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatever

11. Any provisions which are not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with PPA 2063, PPR 2064 and other prevailing Nepalese Laws Chief Administrative Officer
