To collect an annual fee for raw water exported from Changunarayan Municipality (Rs. 200 per truck, tipper and mini Tata, Rs. 150 per Nissan and Rs. 500 per tractor) and for purified water (Rs. 0.10 paisa per bottle and Rs. 0.05 paisa per jar (per liter).
