1. Chure Rural Municuplity, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Gharkheda, Kailali has allocated fund from RM office intends to

apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract as mentioned in table below. E-bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese E-bidders. 2

. Office Of the Rural Municipal Executive, Gharkheda, Kailali invites sealed bids from eligible E-bidders for the construction works as per table below under Sealed Quotation E-bidding (NCB) procedures. Only eligible E-bidders should participate in this E-bidding.

4. A complete set of E-bidding Documents may be purchased from PPMO epg system (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp) or Office Of the Rural Municipal Executive (CRM) Gharkheda, Kailali by eligible E-bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate and upon payment voucher of non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.00(in.pdf format) (NRs Three Thousand only) in rajaswo khata no.: 0820529963703006 Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Sahajpur Branch till Ashoj 2, 2082 during office hours.

5. E-bids must be submitted through PPMO Website www.bolpatra.gov.np on or before 12:00 noon on 21th September, 2025. E-bids received after this dead line will be rejected.

6. The E-bids will be opened in the presence of E-bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 14:00 PM of 21th September, 2025 at Office Of the Rural Municipal Executive (CRM), Gharkheda, Kailali. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount as mentioned in above table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. IfE-bidder wishes to submit the E-bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Dharauti Khata No. 0820529963703003 at Laxmi Sunrise Bank Ltd. Sahajpur, Kailali Branch and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the E-bid.

8. If the last date of E-bid submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the E-bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of E-bid submission.

9. E-bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their e-E-bid.
