Section 11D (6) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Standards for Excavation, Sale and Management of Stone, Ballast, Sand, Sub-section (5) of Section 5 of 2077, Schedule-5 of the Bagmati Province Government Finance Act-2082, and Procedures for River-Based Materials (Collection and Utilization), Section 8 of 2075, Procedures for Excavation/Collection and Sale and Distribution of Mineral and Mineral Materials (Stone, Ballast, Sand, Gravel, Gravel, Soil)-2077 and Procedures for River-Based Materials (Collection and Utilization), 2075 and the decision of Dudhauli Municipality Sindhuli dated 2082-05-02, it is necessary to make a contract arrangement to collect the fees for the excavation, collection and sale of river-based materials from the specified area within the Dudhauli Municipality area from Khor Khola to the road passing through Basaniya Dagar, therefore, the value-added tax registered Bidding has been invited through electronic means (e-GP) for the current fiscal year 2082/083 to collect the sales fee of riverine products in accordance with the prescribed criteria and the rules and agreements mentioned in the approved Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) report, not falling below the minimum figure specified by the interested firm or body.
