1. If you are a Nepali citizen, 5% of the contract amount you have agreed to with the sealed bid and if you are a non-Nepali citizen,

10% deposit amount deposited in the deposit account No. 1082058499378005) of the Duhabi Municipality Office, N.I. Asia Bank Duhabi Branch, or in the case of bank guarantee, a bank guarantee with a validity of at least 90 days issued by a Class A bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank must be submitted.

2. Along with the sealed bid, the bidder must enclose a copy of Nepali citizenship and permanent account number certificate in the case of an individual. In the case of an organization, a copy of the organization registration certificate and tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/81 must be submitted.

3. Sealed bid form fee Rs. 1000. (Non-refundable bid form can be purchased from the Tax Branch of Duhavi Municipal Executive during office hours.

4. The last date for purchasing sealed bids is 7 (seven) days from the date of issuance of the third notice (2082/03/08) and the registration date is 2082.03.09 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Duhabi Municipal Executive and the sealed bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the same day at this Municipal Office.

5. No action will be taken on forms that are received after the deadline or that are not in the correct format.

6. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject sealed bids.

7. While depositing the accepted contract amount, 50% of the amount must be deposited at the time of signing the agreement and the remaining 50% amount must be paid in two installments one month before the start of the next installment period. Also, in the case of contracts accepted in the name of the firm, the agreement will be signed only after taking a bank guarantee equal to 50% of the amount. And if the accepted contract amount is paid in a lump sum, a 10% discount will be given.

8. The registered sealed bids will be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of the bidder or his representative at the office of the Duhvi Municipal Executive, as per the rules.

9. The contract should be executed without any deviation from the rates specified by the municipality.

11. If the last date for submission of bids and the date of opening of sealed bids falls on a public holiday, the bids will be submitted and opened on the next day.

12. When the bidder or firm comes to sign the contract agreement, if there are any outstanding arrears to be paid to the municipality in the name of the firm/organization proprietor for the previous year, they will also have to be submitted. Otherwise, the municipality will have to sign a new agreement with the firm/organization.

Will not be forced

13. If any work is done that is contrary to the prevailing law or if the contract amount is not paid to the Municipal Corporation within the stipulated time, the contract agreement will be terminated at any time and alternative arrangements will be made. The contractor will have to bear the additional expenses or damages incurred by terminating the contract agreement and making other arrangements.

14. The matters mentioned in this notice shall be as per the provisions of this notice and the matters not mentioned shall be as per the prevailing law. ess loca
