As per the decision of the Revenue Advisory Committee meeting of Gadhimai Municipality, Municipal Executive dated 2082.03.02, as per Sub-section 2 (c) of Section 62 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, the contract for the collection of riverine product sales tax falling within the jurisdiction of the municipality for the fiscal year 2082/083 has to be arranged, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Interested individuals, firms or companies may purchase the bid form from this office and submit sealed bids within the stipulated time.

Conditions:

1. The Bid Form along with the renewed license, Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, and a certified copy of the tax payment certificate up to FY 2081/082 should be purchased from the Revenue Branch within office hours on the 30th (thirtieth) day from the date of publication of this notice. The Bid Form along with the renewed license, Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, and a certified copy of the tax payment certificate up to FY 2081/082 should be registered at the Revenue Branch by 12:00 PM on the 31st (thirty-first) day from the date of publication of this notice. The sealed Bid Form along with the renewed license, Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, and a certified copy of the tax payment certificate up to FY 2081/082 should be registered at the Revenue Branch. The duly registered confidential sealed bids will be opened at this office on the 31st (thirty-first) day of 2082.04.27 at 2:00 PM in the presence of the bidder himself or his representative. Even if the representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the sealed bids registered at the office.

If the Bid Security Deposit amount is 55% of the Bid Security amount, the Bid Security amount should be deposited in this office's Global IME Bank Limited, Gadhimai Branch, Rautahat, Ga-3 Local Level Deposit Account (Gadhimai N.P.) No. 35504010000004 along with the original voucher or a bank guarantee valid for 120 days, along with the bid.

If the last day for purchasing and registering bid forms falls on a public holiday, the bidding, registration, and opening of bids will take place on the following day. local

The amount you bid for must be clearly written in figures and words on the bid form.

The amount of contract settlement shall be a lump sum cash payment in this office's Global IME Bank Limited, Gadhimai Branch, Rautahat, G-1.1 Internal Revenue Account (Gadhimai N.P.) No. 3550401000006, along with a bank voucher showing the amount deposited and present for the agreement. If the successful bidder pays the amount for contract settlement in a lump sum at the time of signing the agreement, a 10% discount on the bid score may be given.

6. The bidder shall be responsible for making arrangements for any disruptions or obstructions caused by the local residents, including strikes, to implement the contract. No compensation or deduction can be claimed from this office for such disruptions or obstructions.

The accepted bid will also be subject to 135 M.U.A. tax, and the contractor will have to pay this amount to the concerned Inland Revenue Office.

Taxes will have to be collected at the prescribed rate as per the rules. The prescribed rate is mentioned in the bid.

9. The contract period will be from the date of signing the agreement until the end of Jestha 2083 only.

10. This office shall have the right to accept or reject the bid.

11. Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by prevailing law.
