Notice inviting bids for the arrangement of internal revenue contracts for the fiscal year 2082/083

As per the provisions of Sections 62(a) and 64(f) of the Local Government Operation Act 2074, Section 9 of the Bagmati Province Financial Act, 2081 and the provisions of Schedule 5 related thereto, and Section 7(a) Schedule 6 of the Financial Act of Galchhi Rural Municipality, 2081, internal revenue collection (contract settlement) is required from the date of contract settlement of Galchhi Rural Municipality for FY 2082/083 to mid-Ashar 2083, this notice has been published for the information of all those interested in taking up the contract for revenue collection on all types of goods (except agricultural) for which collection and sale fees are charged, including stones, ballast, sand, slate, gravel, chips and gravel, at the rates prescribed by the village executive. The notice can also be viewed on the website of this office www.galchhimun.gov.np.

For the fiscal year 2082/83, the total collection and sale fee for stone, ballast, sand, slate, gravel, gravel, gravel, and aggregate is Rs. 7 (seven) per cubic foot and in case of soil extraction, it is only Rs. 3.50 (three rupees and fifty paisa) per cubic foot, but in case of consumption within the G.P., the collection fee will be only Rs. 2.
