Notice regarding invitation of bids for the work of quarrying, collecting and selling riverine materials such as stones, gravel, sand for the financial year 2082/83

With the aim of increasing the internal revenue of Gangajamuna Rural Municipality, this notice has been published to arrange for the contract arrangement of the riverine material, stone, gravel, sand, and other materials from the following locations within the area of ​​this rural municipality for the fiscal year 2082/83, in accordance with the provisions of Sub-section (d) of Sub-section 2 of Section 11 of Chapter 3 of the "Local Government Administration Act, 2074" and Section 64 Sub-section 1 (f) of the same Act, in the amount specified in the Preliminary Environmental Examination Report (IEE) approved in accordance with the Brief Environmental Study and Preliminary Environmental Examination Procedure of Gangajamuna Rural Municipality 2077, at a rate as prescribed by the Bagmati Province Economic Act 2082. Interested firms/companies who have completed the legal process within the stipulated time limit as per the date of publication of the notice are advised to submit their bids through E-Bidding by 12:00 PM on 19/06/2082, subject to the terms and conditions as detailed below. Contract details of tax to be collected on the use of natural resources such as mining, quarrying, collection of natural resources such as stone, gravel, sand etc.
