Notice regarding the invitation of bids for the work of quarrying, collecting and selling riverine materials such as stones, gravel, and sand for the fiscal year 2082/83.

In order to increase the internal revenue of Gangajamuna Rural Municipality, this notice has been published to arrange for the contract arrangement in accordance with the provisions of "(6) of Sub-section (d) of Sub-section 2 of Section 3 of Section 11 of the Local Government Administration Act, 2074 and Section 64 Sub-section 1 (f) of the same Act. For the fiscal year 2082/83, the fees for the excavation and collection of riverine materials, stones, gravel, sand from the following places within the area of this rural municipality are as specified in the Preliminary Environmental Examination Report (IEE) approved in accordance with the Brief Environmental Study and Preliminary Environmental Examination Procedure of Gangajamuna Rural Municipality 2077, at a rate as specified in the Bagmati Province Economic Act 2081, at a rate of 12:00 PM. Interested firms/companies who have completed the legal process within the specified time limit as of the date of publication of the notice may submit the bid form and fee within the specified time limit on 2082/05/02 at 12:00 PM. It is recommended to submit bids through E-Bidding subject to the terms and conditions.
