1. Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City has allocated funds towards the cost of construction of the works mentioned below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract as described in table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders.

2. The Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City, Dang invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for following works under National Competitive Bidding. Some of the qualification criteria are mentioned below, through details are in the bidding document.

3. Bidder shall submit their bid electronically and download the bidding documents for e-submission form www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Bidders submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City or may visit www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City on 13:00 pm at 2082-04-20 BS

6. Sealed of Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City through web portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 2082/05/01 BS Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 pm, 2082/05/01 BS at the office of Ghorahi, Dang. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of above mention which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. (ie 120 days)

8. If the last date of Pre-Bid meeting/purchasing/submission day falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. Bidders may submit modification or withdrawal prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of bid through e-GP system by using the forms and instructions provided by the system. Once a Bid is withdrawn, bidder will not be able to submit another bid response for the same bid.

10. After the completion of evaluation of Technical Bids, which are substantially responsive evaluated bidders, will be invited to attend the opening of Price Bids. The date, time and location of opening of Price Bid shall be notified in writing and/or published in national daily.

11. Bidders must self declared in written that his/her firm is not blacklisted and have not participated in more than 5 contracts if not the bid will be considered non-responsibe.

12. Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 with latest amendment.

13. The employer reserves the right to amend and correct at any time, in case of any discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other document.

14. Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.

15. Bids from those bidders who are referred for blacklisting to PPMO will be consider non-responsibe and will not be subjected to evaluation.
