A notice inviting electronic bids has been published for the purpose of awarding a contract for the period of 10 years from FY 2082/083 to carry out the work as specified within the Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City area. The recognized eligible interested organizations/firms/companies are hereby informed to submit their bids in a proper manner only through electronic means within the stipulated time. The company shall submit the bids within the stipulated time.

Conditions applicable to electronic submission of bids

1. The tender purchase fee of Rs. 1000.- (non-refundable) should be deposited as per the details given in the details and the voucher should be scanned and uploaded within 12:00 hrs of the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice. 2. The amount of the security deposit submitted with the bid, which is 5 percent of the bid amount, should be uploaded along with the bid in the form of a cash deposit voucher in Nepal Bank Limited, Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City's deposit account number 027030000030000001 or a bid security (bid bond) issued in the name of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City by a bank licensed under "A" category by Nepal Rastra Bank and valid for 75 days from the last date of submission of bids.

3. Bids registered only through the electronic procurement system (E-Bidding) will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM at the office of the Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City Municipal Executive in the presence of the bidder or his representative and representatives of the office. However, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids even if the bidder or his representative is not present.

4. A self-declaration form, which is not blacklisted and has not yet had five contract agreements, and the necessary documents of the organization/firm/company, and the tax payment certificate of 2080/081, must be uploaded along with the bid.

5. A businessperson working through a joint venture must submit a joint venture agreement and a maximum of 3 (three) firms can participate jointly in the joint venture. The agreement must state the details of the work and shares.

7. Documents showing that the business has been licensed by the relevant body must be submitted along with the bid.

8. Bids purchased in the name of one firm cannot be submitted in the name of another firm.

9. The revenue amount will increase by 10 percent every year after 2 (two) years from the date of contract agreement.

10. Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid without assigning any reason and any bid that does not comply with the above conditions will automatically be rejected.

11. In the case of matters not mentioned in the notice, the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS, the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 BS (including amendments) and the Electronic Procurement System Directive, 2080 BS will apply.
