In accordance with the provisions of Sub-section (6) of Section 11 Sub-section (2) of the Local Government Structure Act 2074, the rates specified in Schedule 5 of the Bagmati Province Economic Act 2082 and the 2081 Initial Environmental Examination Report (IEE) of Gokulganga Rural Municipality, the contract for the collection and sale of stones, gravel, sand, soil, dust, etc. should be arranged without reducing the minimum contract amount mentioned in the details of the fiscal year 2082/083. Therefore, a notice has been published for inviting bids through electronic bidding through E-bidding within the following date and time.

Contract terms and conditions:-

1. For the purchase of the bid form, a copy of the updated firm registration and updated firm renewal certificate, a copy of the tax payment certificate for the financial year 2081/082, a voucher for depositing the amount in the internal revenue account of Siddhartha Bank Rasnalu branch (Gokulganga Gaupalika Antarik Rajaswo Khata,) 03615251966 (for Bid Doc Fee) in the name of Gokulganga Rural Municipality, can be purchased from the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and submitted through E-Bidding till 12:00 PM on 2082/06/31.

2. The Bid Document purchased must be purchased from the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp within 12:00 PM on the 31st day of the date of publication of the notice and registered through E-Bidding by 12:00 PM on 31st day of 2082/06/31. The bids received for registration will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives and office representatives present at this office after 2:00 PM on the last day of registration. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, there will be no impediment to the bidder opening the bid.

3. While submitting the bid, the bidder must submit a deposit amount of 5 percent of the amount including VAT deposited in the deposit account of this office at Siddhartha Bank Rasnalu Branch, Ramechhap (Gokulganga Gaupalika Dharauti Khata, 03615031610 (for Bid security for cash Deposit) or an original bank voucher issued in favor of this office from a commercial bank recognized by the Government of Nepal with a validity of at least 90 (ninety) days from the last date of bid registration.
