In accordance with Section 11 Sub-section 2 "D" of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 (6), Section 62 "A", the Finance Act of the Lumbini Province Government, 2082, the Riverine Material Management Procedure 2077 (First Amendment 2079) and as provided in the Initial Environmental Examination Report IEE approved by the G.N.P., the following internal revenue collection contract arrangement work has to be arranged by the end of Jestha 082/083 without reducing the minimum contract number mentioned in the schedule, and therefore this notice has been published for the submission of sealed bids and quotations from interested registered firms, organizations or companies.
