1.Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Office Durchhim, Khotang has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Building and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Building (Contract No: HTM/Works/NCB/2081/082-13). Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as per Section V of Bidding Document.

2. Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Office Durchhim, Khotang invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Construction of Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Building under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: 62450000

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: single contract of NRs. 29486222

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of

Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Office Durchhim, Khotang, Koshi Pradesh, Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.

bolpatra.gov.np/egp

4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. Non-refundable fee of 5000.0 NRs. till 14-08-2025 12:00 during office hours.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Office Durchhim, Khotang., Koshi Pradesh, Nepal by hand/courier or through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 14-08-2025 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14-08-2025 13:00 hours at the office of Halesi Tuwachung Municipality Office Durchhim, Khotang.

Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 2483000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
