Notice inviting sealed bids for works related to internal tax stone, gravel, sand excavation and sale

As per the provisions of Sub-section (2) of Section 11 of Chapter 3 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS and the approved IEE report of the rural municipality, it is necessary to make a contract for the collection of internal tax for the fiscal year 2082/083 for the collection of stones, gravel, sand, chips, etc. from the following places and for the collection of tax for export within and outside the district. Therefore, the licensed firms/organizations willing to take the contract shall submit separate bids for separate contracts subject to the conditions as specified and subject to the conditions as specified. ing

Conditions:

30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice. Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice, the firm/organization may purchase the sealed bid form by submitting a copy of the renewed license up to the current fiscal year 2082/083, a copy of the income tax registration certificate, a copy of the tax payment certificate up to the fiscal year 2080/081, a copy of the value added tax registration certificate and a bank voucher (non-refundable) of the amount specified for the contract firm in the Inland Revenue Account No. 073010000001202 held at Citizens Bank International Ltd., Jhanbhajne, Sindhuli or a cash receipt received from the office, along with the application of the firm separately during office hours.

2. The tender form, signed by the head of the office and stamped by the office, must be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication of the tender notice.

The bid form must be purchased within office hours and registered by 12:00 PM on the 31st day. The bid form must be submitted by 2:00 PM on the 31st day.

The bid opening will be held at the same time. The absence of the bidders or their representatives will not prevent the bid opening. 3. If the last day of purchase of bid forms and the day of submission or opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the said activities will be held on the next working day at the same time.

4. The firm/organization interested in taking the contract will have to deposit 10 percent of the bid amount. The deposit amount should be deposited in the deposit account number 073010000023201 of Citizens Bank International Ltd., Jhanjhane, Sindhuli along with the original bank voucher.

5. If there is a difference between the figures and letters when mentioning the bid amount, the letters will be accepted and the sealed bid must be clearly signed by the bidder in the place of the correction.

6. Arrangements for excavation and collection of stones, gravel, sand, chips, etc. and their transportation to the designated location after measurement and testing shall be made as per the instructions of the office.

7. The contractor shall not be allowed to terminate the contract during the contract period. If the contractor terminates the contract in the middle, the amount remaining to be recovered from him will be recovered along with interest as per the rules.

8. The Village Executive Office reserves the right to accept or reject the sealed bid form submitted without any condition and to cancel the notice.

9. No action will be taken against the bid form that is against the terms of the notice, is not in order, and is submitted after the deadline. The terms mentioned in this notice will be considered as an integral part for the purpose of this contract. colnews
