In accordance with Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS, Section 20 of the Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City Finance Act, 2081 BS, the approved IEE report and prevailing laws, a contract has been issued to excavate and collect riverine materials from the Budhi Khola, which flows through the inhabited area under the jurisdiction of Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City, Sunsari, from approved ghats and checkpoints as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the approved rates. Therefore, a detailed notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
