Itahari Sub-metropolitan City has to arrange for internal revenue contracts for the financial year 2082.83 as per Section 20 of the Finance Act, 2082, prevailing laws and the decision of the Revenue Advisory Committee of Itahari Sub-metropolitan City. Therefore, interested registered firms are requested to submit their bids through the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, subject to the terms and conditions of the details. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

In the case of a firm, the bidder can download and upload the bid documents from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by submitting the renewed registration certificate, business registration/renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate, copy of tax payment certificate of A.Y. 2080.081, and a voucher for depositing cash in the name of this office in Nepal Bank Limited, Itahari, Revenue Head No. 14229, Account No. 0590300000100100001. The bidder can download and upload the bid documents from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The voucher for depositing the prescribed bid fee in the above-mentioned bank account of this office should be attached with the bid documents.

While filling the bid form, the bid amount should be clearly mentioned in words and figures. The deposit amount at the rate of 5 percent of the bid amount should be deposited in the deposit account No. 0590300000300000001 of this office at Nepal Bank Limited, Itahari and a bank voucher or a bid bond issued in the name of this office from a 'A' class bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank with the bid number and name and a validity period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) days should be submitted.

The terms and conditions mentioned in this notice shall be as per this notice and in case of any matters not mentioned, the prevailing laws shall be as per the prevailing laws.
