gov.np.or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the office account no. as specified below and the scanned copy (.pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. on or before as mentioned above.

5. Pre-bidmeeting shall be held at Jugal Rural Municipality, office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Baramchi, Sindhupalchok at 2082/06/10(26th Sep 2025) on 13:00 hrs.

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at above mentioned date and time at the office of Jugal Rural Municipality.

8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. Bidders are advised to visit the site and assess the actual site conditions prior to submit the bid in their own cost.

10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

11. Any matter not covered by this notice shall be as per other mandatory information as per PPA and PPR. (With all amendments) of GON.

12. If there are any changes or correction in notice or on Bid document, the notice will be published in Jugal Rural Municipality notice board, Rural Municipality Official Website and in bid addendum.
